In addition to his extensive martial arts achievements, Grand Master Shin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Northeastern University, reflecting his lifelong commitment to excellence, discipline, and education.

As the founder and head instructor of Master Shin's World Class Martial Arts School, Grand Master Shin remains actively involved in the daily operation of the school. He personally developed the curriculum, carefully balancing traditional martial arts values with practical self-defense applications, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) concepts, and Olympic-style sparring techniques.

Grand Master Shin's philosophy is that martial arts is not only about self-defense but also about personal growth and self-improvement.
